Wholesale Order Request

For retailers who have been approved by LUMEA and received a catalogue or quote.

Order Request ≠ Confirmed Order. A request is subject to manual review and confirmation by LUMEA. It does not create a Shopify order, approve an account or issue an invoice automatically.

Before requesting an order

New to LUMEA? Please submit a retailer enquiry first. Existing retail partners should use the catalogue or quote provided directly by LUMEA.

Information to prepare

• Business name and contact details
• Catalogue or quote reference, if provided
• Requested product names or SKUs and quantities
• Delivery address and any delivery notes

Online order requests

The online order request form is not yet available. Please contact your LUMEA representative or hello@lumealife.com.au for ordering assistance.

What happens next

LUMEA reviews the request and confirms the products, quantities, pricing, availability and delivery arrangements with you before issuing a formal invoice. Dispatch follows the confirmed order and invoice.

PDF order form

If LUMEA has supplied a PDF order form, it may be used as a backup request format. LUMEA will confirm the applicable details before accepting the order. Sending a completed PDF is an order request, not a confirmed order.
